Message	others. The compressor wheel is so much larger than the turbine that it gets choked off at higher boost / higher power applications. I have seen it happen in front of my eyes on a dyno. If you want all out top power, the GTX2863 is a better choice. With breather mods, engine internal work (cylinder head work), larger injectors, top feed fuel rail, upgraded cams, etc, you would be looking at around 800hp on E85.
